We provide complimentary local coffee or tea at select scenic stops. While we don’t serve full meals, we’ll have scheduled café stops where you can purchase snacks or lunch. Feel free to bring your own drinks and snacks as well.

Yes! Our custom private tours allow you to design your perfect day in the Rockies. Whether it’s a special occasion, family outing, or corporate retreat, we’ll work with you to create a personalized itinerary.
We recommend:

✔️ Sunglasses, sunscreen, and a hat (especially in summer)
✔️ Light layers (mountain weather can change quickly!)
We operate rain or shine, and light weather conditions won’t affect our tours. However, if severe weather (snowstorms, extreme cold, road closures) prevents safe travel, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
You can book directly on our website, and we accept credit cards, PayPal, and e-transfers. Deposits may be required for private tours, and full payment is needed to confirm your spot on a scheduled tour.
We understand that plans change! Our cancellation policy is:
- 48+ hours notice – Full refund
- 24-48 hours notice – 50% refund
- Less than 24 hours notice – No refund (unless due to emergencies or extreme weather)
For private tours, cancellation terms may differ based on custom arrangements.
